The planet we live in is a complex world, there are lots of factors within its existence. Biosphere and Hydrosphere are one of the components that make up our planet… The Hydrosphere is made up of bodies of water and the total amount of water on earth. These two factors contribute to the cycle of life, nature and the earth itself.
We, humans, are part of the Biosphere. We are also the primary contributor to the disruption of its natural flow. As the Biosphere is the center of all sphere’s interaction. The actions we humans make generally affects every sphere on earth.
The Biosphere is all the living component on earth from humans, animals, plants and other living organisms. This sphere is the active component of the earth. Actions done by the Biosphere affect all spheres on earth. The Biosphere is greatly connected with other spheres. Especially the Hydrosphere, which is the primary source of life on earth. The Biosphere is in the center of all spheres as it is the only living sphere.
The Hydrosphere is all the water parts on earth. Including surface water, underground water, and atmospheric water vapor. This sphere is the liquid component of the earth. The Hydrosphere is an infinite process of evaporation, condensation and precipitation or rain. This cycle of the Hydrosphere goes through the Atmosphere during condensation and evaporation. It also comes in contact with Geosphere and Biosphere during precipitation or rain.
The Hydrosphere provides life to the Biosphere. Water is essential for the Biosphere to survive. Without the Hydrosphere, most life in the Biosphere will cease to exist.
Biosphere and Hydrosphere’s Connection
The Biosphere and Hydrosphere are part of an unending cycle of life. Hydrosphere provides water for the Biosphere which is essential for the Biosphere to survive. Almost every life form in the Biosphere needs water to function. As long as the Hydrosphere continues to give water, the Biosphere will continue to thrive and grow.
Though most actions of the Biosphere especially humans, ruin the natural cycle. We humans from the Biosphere have plundered every possible ecosystem or spheres. Not only we have damaged the Hydrosphere but the Geosphere and Atmosphere as well. The disruption of the balance may cost us greatly. We are currently suffering global warming and climate change due to our actions towards the ecosystem.
Impact of Biosphere and Hydrosphere
The Biosphere and the Hydrosphere are well connected with each other. The Hydrosphere provides life to the Biosphere which where we humans belong. We are greatly dependent on the Hydrosphere. The Biosphere is also responsible for the use of natural resources, as we are the living sphere.
Our actions affect every sphere, including the Atmosphere and Geosphere. The destruction of the terrain results in the affect of ecosystem and deters every sphere. Our actions are proven to be detrimental to the natural cycle of life. The rise of human civilization has affected and altered the states of all the spheres.
The Atmosphere has become thin due to our emission of greenhouse gases. Making our planet heat up and rise in temperature.
The Geospheres are terrain and mountain that we have plundered through deforestation and mining. The destruction of these terrains reduces the natural habitats for wildlife, plants, and other organisms.
The earth is a complex planet, it has four main factors which make up its existence. These are the Biosphere, Hydrosphere, Atmosphere, and Geosphere. The main sphere that affects others is Biosphere. It is the only sphere that is alive, as it is the sphere that uses up all natural resources. The Biosphere, greatly dependent to all the other spheres especially the Hydrosphere. Without the Hydrosphere the Biosphere would cease to exist.
Every action of the Biosphere affects all spheres as every sphere is connected with one another. The further destruction of other spheres will eventually take effect to the Biosphere. That is because we are part of a natural cycle and we cannot survive on our own.
